I think th...</title><content type='html'>We have $2.00 per hour meters in DC.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think the big thing is that we have a lot of underground garages providing alternatives to using on-street parking, as well as a major transit system that provides a different alternative.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, I think the price they're charging might be too low since the spaces fill up quickly.
